• To schedule shifts, please call 866.553.1989 and select option 1.

• Normal shifts are from 7AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM
- Sunday through Saturday.

• We are diligently working to establish home base units for each of you.

• Please do not punch in more than 5 minutes prior to your shift start time.
-----
• No Overtime will be Approved or Paid without Signed Missed Punch Form Effective immediately, no overtime will be approved or paid without a Nurse Manager or OWS Supervisor signing a Missed Punch Form indicating Late Out. This includes any time over your shift, such as 8 minutes and beyond and no meal break.

• Also, you will no longer receive calls asking you to complete a Missed Punch Form when you forget to clock in or out. This is hospital policy and your responsibility.
